Terms of Use

These terms apply to visitors, applicants, students, teachers, staff, and any other user of the public website or portals. Additional rules may apply inside authenticated areas based on your role.

You may use the site for lawful, institute-related purposes such as learning about programs, reading notices, contacting the office, and accessing portals you are authorized to use.

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or bypass security controls, access another user’s account, scrape content in a way that harms service quality, upload malware, or misuse institute systems.

Portal access depends on the role assigned by the institute. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify the institute if you believe your account was compromised.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, threaten security, or are inactive according to institute policy.

We work to keep program, admission, schedule, and contact information accurate. Some fields may be marked pending until officially confirmed. Where there is a conflict between website text and an official institute notice, the official notice prevails.

Course availability, fees, and intake dates are published only when confirmed. Do not rely on unverified placeholder details for binding decisions.

Site design, branding, text, and media are owned by Uttara Technical Institute or used under license, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute materials for commercial use without permission.

You may share links to public pages for personal, educational, or informational purposes.

The site may link to external websites or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Review their terms before sharing personal information.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every future feature will remain unchanged.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the institute is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Bangladesh law.

We may update these Terms of Use as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. We may also restrict access where needed to protect users, data, or institute operations.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes should first be raised with the institute office for resolution where practical.
